2. Return Policy

We follow a no-return policy except in cases where the product is damaged or defective due to logistics or manufacturing fault.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If you do not like the product after receiving it.

  • If the product differs slightly in color, size, or appearance due to lighting or screen display differences.

  • If the product has been used, washed, or tampered with.

  • If the product was purchased during a sale or clearance offer.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective during shipping.

  • The customer provides a proper unboxing video clearly showing the damage and package condition at the time of opening.

Important:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no replacement or refund will be processed.

  • The replacement will be for the same product only, not a different item.

4. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer direct refunds for any orders once placed and shipped.
If your replacement request is approved but the product is out of stock, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Cancellation approval is subject to order status at the time of your request.
